The girls enjoyed spending time with them too and seeing some new things.
We got rained on during our s'mores attempt and ended up making them inside. :)
We got rained on while picking cherries, but the 6 of us managed to pick 5 lbs of them anyways. (so my grandparents can make some wine out of them!)
The girls loved the giant tire swing, the giant teeter-totter, all the different birds at the bird feeders, yelling at the squirrels that were in the bird feeder and the so cool stairs that go straight into the basement.
I got to watch my grandpa bottle some wine, which I hadn't seen yet, so that was neat.
It was an extremely short visit, but it was fun.
Here are a bunch of pictures from our time in Wadena.
The naughty squirrel
I guess my grandparents picked this up in Wall, SD when they were
out visiting...but Kylie thought it was the neatest thing since, according to her, "looks
just like them!"
Sidney watching great grandpa prep bottles for wine
Filling bottles with wine
Sidney loved sitting out on the deck and playing with all of great
grandma's pine cones. :)
nothing's better than fudgesicles on a hot day
we 3 girls also loved watching the helicopter spray the potatoes
that were across the road.
refilling the tank
more playing with pine cones
riding with great grandpa out to the cherry trees
helping pick!
She was so proud of herself for picking so many berries. :)
Good Morning
Heading home!
