Fashion Show

The other day Kylie put on a fashion show for Sidney and me. It really was just a mommy shoe and scarf show. But cute none the less.
Then Sidney wanted to attempt to show off some. :)

 

 

 

 

In other news, Sidney dropped her last nuk in the toilet yesterday. Sigh. I warned her that nuks don't belong in the bathroom, but she had it in her mouth when she was going potty, and well, it fell out of her mouth. I told her she can't have it anymore and we threw it away.

Nap time did not go well. We eventually gave up and she didn't nap. Which made the evening incredibly difficult. Even more so since Mike is in Boise. And I'm still tired from being sick this past weekend.

And of course....Shopko was out of the type of nuk she uses. So. I guess she is done with nuks and it is going to be a loooong week. She had a rough time sleeping last night too.

But she did look incredibly adorable at one point when I checked in on them. :)

I had Kylie's second parent/teacher conference yesterday too and got her third quarter report card too. She is doing excellent. She is proficient in all her areas, but is advanced in music. :)

She had all of her requirements highlighted, which meant she accomplished all of them. Except one. Recall and formation of letters. She had 50 out of 52. Which just meant she has a couple letters backwards sometimes.

Her teacher thinks she is doing great for being one of the younger kids in class and can tell how much she loves to learn things. She said she is going to miss seeing her in the halls next year too. :)

 

I've been pretty lazy all week and need to get to work on laundry and the kitchen. I haven't been sick in quite a while and Saturday kicked my butt, making me tired all week. Can't wait to get back to normal!

Catch Up

I'm Sorry.
If I had an excuse to share with you why I haven't written in 3 months, I would share it. But mostly, I've just been lazy. Sorry. :) We also haven't done anything too crazy exciting either though.

Life has gotten a little crazy these last few weeks though.

Mike was offered and accepted a position back on the Nebraska National Forest (who he worked for when we lived in Pierre & Wall, SD) and we will be moving to Chadron, Nebraska.
He will be moving in a couple weeks and starting on April 6th. The girls and I will join him when school is out for Kylie at the end of May.

So I imagine things will get even crazier these next couple of months so I figured I should upload some photos to give you all some updates of the crazy girls......and so the photos don't get forgotten forever on my phone. :) I've neglected to really use my camera at all this year!

So....here are just a whole bunch of random photos! :)
